There's really only one catch.

You have to be legally eligible to receive the firearm.

The AR-15 will be purchased through a gun shop and transferred to you through the shop's normal process. You'll complete whatever paperwork and eligibility requirements the dealer requires.

If the gun shop can legally transfer it to you, Mark can buy it for you.
