Qualifying Property
The property must be located in Idaho and accepted for listing by Idaho Wild Real Estate under a written listing agreement.
Idaho isn't for everyone.
And if you've reached the difficult conclusion that the mountains, guns, property rights, pickup trucks, cows, and suspiciously low enthusiasm for government intervention just aren't working out...
We would genuinely like to help. How This Actually Works ↓The concept is refreshingly simple: if you're a liberal who has decided Idaho is not where you want to live anymore, Idaho Wild will provide the qualifying listing promotion described below.
We're not requesting your voting record. We're not checking your Subaru for bumper stickers. Mark is not conducting a political entrance interview over coffee.
This promotion is based on your representation that you're a liberal leaving Idaho.
Mark was very specific about this part.
Any promotional funds associated with this offer and designated to remain in escrow will stay in the applicable escrow account until reasonable proof is provided to Idaho Wild demonstrating that the qualifying seller has actually relocated outside Idaho.
Saying you're moving doesn't count. Moving counts.Enter into a qualifying written listing agreement with Idaho Wild Real Estate for your Idaho property.
We do the real-estate part seriously: positioning, marketing, negotiation, contracts, and closing.
Establish your new primary residence somewhere beyond the Idaho state line.
Give Mark reasonable documentation showing that yes, the moving truck actually made it out of Idaho.
We do not need your party registration, voting history, social-media feed, yard signs, preferred news network, or detailed thoughts on organic kale.
Examples may include evidence of a new primary residence, executed lease, utility record, closing document, or another reasonably reliable form of proof accepted by Idaho Wild.
Marketing can be funny. Contracts shouldn't be mysterious.

Packing boxes are encouraging. Proof of relocation is better.Unless otherwise provided in writing, the qualifying listing must result in a completed closing. A cancelled, expired, withdrawn, or terminated listing does not qualify.
Brokerage compensation, credits, escrow instructions, and the specific structure of the promotion must be documented in the applicable written transaction agreements. Those written terms control over this general website description.
This promotion is not offered in exchange for referring business to a lender, title company, escrow provider, inspector, or other settlement-service provider.
The promotion is subject to applicable real estate, advertising, contract, escrow, lender, and other legal or regulatory requirements.
Idaho Wild may modify, suspend, or discontinue the promotion prospectively. Terms applicable to an accepted qualifying transaction will be governed by the applicable written agreements.
